Terms & Conditions

We understand that legal terms can be complex, so here’s a simplified explanation of the key points. Please note that the full Terms and Policies govern your ticket purchase, and this overview is provided for convenience only:

Ticket prices may be higher than their original face value. All sales are final, and refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be made after booking.

We guarantee ticket delivery, supported by a 100% Order Guarantee. Tickets might not arrive immediately but will be delivered before the event. If the original tickets are unavailable, they may be upgraded to equal or better options.

If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, but refunds will not be issued for postponements. If an event is canceled, a full refund will be provided.

Orders are treated as requests until they are confirmed by the ticket supplier. Once confirmed, all guarantees apply.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, delivery errors, issues caused by third parties (such as ticket sellers or weather), or travel expenses.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The following outlines the key rules and policies governing the use of our website (“SITE”) and the ticket purchasing process:

Role of the SITE:

The SITE operates as a marketplace, connecting buyers with third-party ticket sellers. It does not participate in the actual sales transaction.

Ticket Pricing:

Tickets available on the SITE are often from the secondary market. Prices are determined by sellers and may be above or below the ticket’s face value.

Final Sales:

All ticket sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.

Event Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation, buyers will receive a full refund, excluding delivery fees if the tickets were already delivered.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events:

If an event is rescheduled and the original tickets remain valid, refunds will not be issued.

Name on Tickets:

As tickets are provided by third-party sellers, the buyer’s name will not appear on them. This will not impact entry to the event.

Buyer Guarantee:

If valid tickets are not delivered on time, the buyer is entitled to a 100% refund.

Ticket Substitutions:

In cases where the original tickets are unavailable, buyers may receive comparable or upgraded tickets.

User Agreement:

By using the SITE or purchasing tickets, users agree to adhere to the terms and applicable laws. The SITE reserves the right to update its terms and take actions, such as canceling orders or blocking users, if the terms are violated.

This policy reflects the marketplace nature of the SITE, emphasizing final transactions and third-party ticket availability.

Final Sale Policy

This section clarifies the terms related to ticket purchases, event changes, and cancellations on the SITE:

No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are considered unique and irreplaceable, so no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase is complete.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

For postponed or rescheduled events, the original tickets will remain valid for the new date. In some cases, new tickets may be required, and the buyer will be contacted by the ticket seller (“SUPPLIER”) if necessary.

Canceled Events

If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, buyers must contact the SITE to request a refund. The SITE may require buyers to return the original tickets at their own expense.

  • Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency. The SITE and the SUPPLIER are not responsible for currency conversion fees, including those charged by banks.

No Refunds for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. Buyers are strongly encouraged to store their tickets securely to avoid such issues.

Ticket Pricing and Market Information

This section provides details about ticket pricing, the SITE’s role, and the nature of tickets sold through the platform:

Resale in the Secondary Market

Tickets available on the SITE are typically sourced from secondary market sellers. These tickets are being resold, and the resale price is often higher than the original face value. In some cases, prices may be lower.

Service Charges and Handling Fees

Displayed ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees, which are specified for each order. These fees are separate from the original face value of the tickets.

Independence from Affiliations

Unless explicitly stated, the SITE and its ticket sellers are not affiliated with performers, sports teams, venues, or event organizers. The SITE does not operate as a primary box office unless specifically noted otherwise.

Acknowledgment of Price Variations

By agreeing to the terms, users confirm their understanding that the purchase price of tickets may differ from their original price. This amount could be higher or lower than the price initially paid for the ticket.

This section emphasizes that tickets sold on the SITE are part of the secondary market, where prices may vary significantly, and the SITE operates independently from official ticketing outlets or event organizers.

Ticket Availability

This section outlines the limitations and procedures regarding ticket availability, especially when tickets are sourced from third-party sellers:

No Guarantee of Availability

The SITE cannot guarantee ticket availability until the buyer (USER) has physically received the tickets. Even if a ticket is listed on the SITE, its availability may change before the order is finalized.

Unique Ticket Listings

Most listings on the SITE represent unique sets of tickets provided by individual sellers. However, some listings may only reflect available options or offers to procure tickets, rather than specific seat locations or immediately available tickets.

Ticket Unavailability

Sometimes, tickets may no longer be available at the listed price or in the requested quantity when the order is processed. In such cases:

  • If similar or better seats are available at the same price, the seller will provide these alternative tickets to fulfill the order.
  • If no equivalent or better options are available, the user will be notified that the ticket request has been rejected, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.

This section emphasizes that ticket availability is subject to change and assures users that they will either receive comparable alternatives or a full refund if their original tickets are unavailable.

Orders

This section explains the order fulfillment process and the user’s responsibilities when placing an order through the SITE:

Order Fulfillment

Orders placed on the SITE will be processed and fulfilled by one of the participating ticket sellers within the SITE’s network (referred to as the “SUPPLIER”).

Responsibility for Information Accuracy

Users must carefully enter all required information when submitting an order. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided. Incorrect information can result in:

  • Delays in processing the order
  • Delays in ticket delivery
  • Possible cancellation of the order

This section highlights the importance of providing accurate order information and offers users a way to seek assistance if they encounter issues or need help retrieving order details.

Zone Tickets / Tickets Not in Hand

This section explains the policy for “Zone Tickets” or tickets marked as “not in hand,” which are available for certain live events:

Pre-Approved Sellers

Only a limited number of pre-approved ticket sellers are authorized to offer tickets for sale that they do not currently possess.

Zone Tickets

Tickets labeled as “Zone Tickets” or marked as “tickets not in hand” indicate that the seller does not yet have the tickets but commits to obtaining them for the buyer once the order is received.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

Like all tickets sold on the SITE, Zone Tickets are covered by a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. This means:

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed by the seller, the tickets will either be located within the specified zone or in a comparable or better location.
  • Buyers will receive their tickets in time for the event. If this doesn’t happen, the buyer is entitled to a 100% refund.

This section reassures buyers purchasing tickets that are not immediately available, ensuring they will receive tickets as promised or a refund if the seller fails to meet their commitment.

Pricing

This section outlines the pricing policies and procedures for orders placed through the SITE:

Currency

All prices for products and services on the SITE are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Price Confirmation

The SITE cannot confirm the price of any products or services until the user’s (USER) order is completed.

Pricing Errors

While the SITE makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing, some products and services may be listed at incorrect prices. If a ticket seller (SUPPLIER) discovers that the correct price is higher than what was listed on the SITE, the following may occur:

  • The order will be processed at the originally listed price.
  • The SUPPLIER will contact the USER to inform them of the correct price and offer the option to proceed with the purchase at the updated price.
  • The USER’s order may be canceled, and the USER will be notified of the cancellation.

This section clarifies the SITE’s stance on pricing discrepancies and informs users about the potential for errors, as well as the options available if a price mismatch occurs.

Fees

This section explains the fees and charges associated with purchases made through the SITE, as well as the tax responsibilities of ticket sellers:

Fees and Charges

The total amount charged to the user’s credit card will include more than just the price of the individual tickets. It will consist of:

  • Service Fee: This covers the SITE’s operational costs, such as customer service, acquiring tickets on behalf of the user, and other related fulfillment expenses.
  • Delivery Fee: This fee depends on the delivery method selected by the user and the arrangements made by the SITE for ticket delivery through the ticket seller (SUPPLIER).
  • Total Amount: This is the full amount charged to the user, which includes the ticket price set by the SUPPLIER, the service fee, and the delivery fee.

Tax Responsibilities

  • The ticket seller (TICKET SELLER) is responsible for staying updated on any changes to tax withholding requirements and rates in the various jurisdictions where tickets are sold.
  • The TICKET SELLER must determine if any taxes are applicable to the sale of tickets. For states where the SITE collects certain taxes, the TICKET SELLER does not need to manage tax collection for those transactions.
  • For other states, the TICKET SELLER is responsible for including any relevant sales, use, excise, service, or other taxes in the ticket price.
  • The TICKET SELLER must provide the SITE with any required information to report payments to tax authorities, including their employer identification number, social security number, or tax ID number. The TICKET SELLER authorizes the SITE to share this information with the appropriate tax authorities.

This section outlines the various charges related to ticket purchases and details the responsibilities of ticket sellers in terms of tax compliance and reporting.

Payments

This section explains the payment processes, responsibilities, and security measures related to credit card and other payment methods for orders placed through the SITE:

1. Credit Card Charges

  • Charge Responsibility: The user’s credit or debit card will be charged by the SITE at the time of booking.
  • Inquiries: If there are any questions about charges on the user’s credit card statement, they should contact the SITE using the provided contact details.
  • Pre-Authorization: The SITE may charge or authorize the user’s credit card before confirming ticket availability. If the tickets are unavailable, the user’s card will not be charged, or they will receive a full refund for any amount charged.

2. Payment by Debit Card

  • Multiple Authorizations: In some cases, the SITE may attempt to authorize a debit card multiple times, which could cause several holds on the user’s account. This may occur due to third-party credit card processors requiring additional security checks or if the user’s information is entered incorrectly.
  • Temporary Holds: While the SITE will only process the payment once, these holds may temporarily reduce the user’s available balance and can take several days to clear.

3. Collecting Payment for Orders

  • Payment Collection: Users agree that the SITE has the right to collect payment for an order once the items have been shipped.
  • Errors and Charges: If a third-party provider or system error results in an unprocessed payment (i.e., the user’s payment card is not charged even though items were shipped), the user authorizes the SITE to collect the due amount through appropriate means, unless prohibited by law.
  • Responsibility for Costs: Users are responsible for any legal fees or collection costs incurred by themselves, the SUPPLIER, or the SITE in relation to payment collection. The SITE and SUPPLIER will not be liable for these costs.

4. Security of Cardholder Data

The SITE and the SUPPLIER are responsible for maintaining the security of any cardholder data they store, process, or transmit on behalf of the user.

This section highlights the user’s responsibilities regarding payments and outlines the security measures in place for transactions made through the SITE.

    International Orders

    • Delayed Processing: International orders may be subject to delayed processing. The SITE recommends that users placing orders from outside the U.S. contact their credit card company or financial institution beforehand to avoid any delays or holds on the transaction.
    • Responsibility: Neither the SITE nor the SUPPLIER is responsible for any delays, holds, or extra fees that may arise in connection with international orders.

    Disputed Charges

    • Authorization: By placing an order, the user authorizes the SITE to charge their payment method for the full amount, including the ticket price, service and delivery fees, and any optional services.
    • Dispute Outcomes: If the user disputes a charge and it is determined that the charge was valid and not due to payment fraud, the SITE reserves the right to pursue payment through appropriate means, such as using collection agencies or legal action.
    • Ticket Relisting: To mitigate damages, the SITE may relist tickets that are involved in a payment dispute.
    • Access Loss: Users may lose access to their tickets if they file a dispute with their payment provider.

    Event Listings

    • Accuracy: The SITE does not guarantee the accuracy of event details, including the event name, location, start time, or date. These details may change without notice.
    • Changes by Third Parties: Event changes, such as alterations to the location, date, time, performer lineup, or ticket package features, are determined by the event organizer (e.g., venue, performer, or promoter). The SITE is not responsible for such changes.
    • User Responsibility: Users are encouraged to visit the event organizer’s website to confirm any updates or changes to event details, including time adjustments.

    Ticket Holder Behavior Policy

    • Venue Rules: The user agrees to follow the rules and policies of the event venue regarding conduct and behavior. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the venue or denial of entry.
    • Ejection Penalties: If the user is ejected or denied entry, they will be responsible for any fines or legal expenses arising from the incident. Additionally, ticket costs will not be refunded.
    • Liability for Losses: If the user’s ejection causes the ticket seller to lose the right to use or purchase other tickets (such as season tickets), the user will be liable for all associated costs, expenses, and losses, including direct, indirect, and punitive damages.

    Fraudulent Use

To prevent fraud, users may be asked to provide additional proof of identity when placing an order. This may include:

    • A signed credit card authorization.
    • Photocopies of public documents, such as a driver’s license or passport.

    Delivery

    • Delivery Method: Orders will be shipped using the method selected by the user. In some cases, shipping may be upgraded without prior notice, but the user will not incur additional charges for the upgraded service.
    • Processing Time: Most orders are shipped at least 3-7 days prior to the event.
    • Signature Required: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
    • Correct Shipping Address: Users are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, no refunds will be issued.
    • Tracking: If users have not received tracking information after their purchase, they should contact the seller or SITE customer support for assistance.

    Delayed Shipment

Immediate Delivery Not Guaranteed: While tickets are typically delivered as per the chosen method, delays can occur due to various factors, including:

    • Purchasing tickets well in advance of the event.
    • Delays caused by the performer, venue, or team.

Estimated Ship Date: Tickets may have an estimated ship date. Users can track the status of their order using the account access information provided after purchase.

Expedited Delivery: Choosing an expedited delivery option does not guarantee immediate shipment.

    International Shipping

    • Users located outside the United States must choose an International Delivery option.
    • If a domestic shipping option is selected for an international order, the shipping cost will be adjusted to the International Rate after the order is placed.

    Delivery Verification

    • Non-Verifiable Addresses: If the user provides a shipping address that cannot be verified (e.g., a P.O. Box), additional fees may apply. The user will be notified about the fee, or the order may be canceled.
    • Responsibility for Receiving Package: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the package is received. If the package is refused, undelivered, or returned, no refunds or credits will be issued due to the “All Sales Are Final” policy.

    E-Ticket Download

    • Immediate Download Not Guaranteed: Even for e-tickets labeled as “Instant,” immediate download may not always be available. Some “Instant” e-tickets may be converted to regular e-ticket downloads for additional processing due to fraud concerns.
    • Email Notification: After placing an order, users will receive an email with instructions on how to download their tickets. It is important to provide an accurate email address for this process.
    • Credentials and Printing: Users will need order-specific credentials to access their tickets and must have access to a printer to print them.
    • Contact Support: If users do not receive the email, cannot download their tickets, or encounter issues printing them, they should contact customer support. No refunds will be issued for incorrect email addresses or failure to print tickets.

    Electronic Transfer

    • Immediate Access Not Guaranteed: Some electronic transfers may not be available for immediate access. Users will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the ticket transfer.
    • Account Creation: To access the tickets, users may need to create an account with the ticket transfer system and must have a smart device to present the QR code for event entry.
    • Responsibility for Email and Transfer: Users are responsible for providing the correct email address and should contact support if they do not receive the transfer instructions or cannot locate the transfer email. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect email addresses or failure to accept the transfer.
    • Declining Transfer: If the user declines the ticket transfer, no refunds will be issued.

    Local Delivery

    • Pick-up Location: Tickets must be picked up from a designated location near the event venue. Users must bring a government-issued ID to claim the tickets and may also be asked to present the credit card used for purchase as additional verification.
    • Failure to Pick Up: Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to provide the required documentation or does not pick up the tickets from the designated location. Users should contact the SITE if any issues arise at the pick-up location.

    Denied Entry to an Event

    • Contact SITE: If a user is denied entry to an event, they should immediately contact SITE using the provided contact numbers. If SITE is unable to resolve the issue and the user is still denied entry, they may be eligible for a refund.
    • Proof of Denied Entry: To qualify for a refund, the user must obtain written proof from the venue confirming that entry was denied. This proof, along with a description of the circumstances, must be emailed to SITE within five (5) working days of the event.
    • Refund Investigation: SITE will investigate the claim. If it is confirmed that entry was denied, SITE will refund the ticket cost, associated fees, and shipping charges. This refund will be the user’s sole remedy for denied entry.

    Permitted Use

    • Personal Use Only: Users may only access and use the site for personal purposes, such as browsing event information, purchasing tickets, or personal merchandise. Users are prohibited from duplicating, downloading, publishing, modifying, or distributing any material from the site for any other purpose unless explicitly authorized.
    • Prohibited Automated Use: Users are not permitted to use automated systems (such as robots, spiders, or scrapers) to search for, buy, or collect tickets. Additionally, introducing malicious software (such as viruses or worms) that could harm the site is strictly prohibited.
    • Intellectual Property: All content and software on the site are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Users must respect and adhere to these intellectual property rights.

    Violation of Terms

    • Termination of Access: SITE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the site, cancel any orders, or take other appropriate actions at its sole discretion without prior notice, should the user violate these terms and conditions.
    • Equitable Relief: In the event of a violation, monetary damages may not fully compensate SITE. As a result, SITE may pursue injunctive or other equitable remedies in addition to other available actions.
    • Release of Information: SITE may disclose user information if required by law or deemed necessary to prevent unlawful or harmful activities.
    • No Refund for Termination: Users whose access is terminated for violating the terms will not be entitled to any refund.

    Intellectual Property Information

    • Content Ownership: All content on the SITE, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, and other materials, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights, and remains the exclusive property of SITE or its affiliates. This includes content such as message boards, chats, and original materials.
    • Permitted Use: Users are granted permission to use content solely as authorized by SITE. Outside of personal use, users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any materials without prior written consent from SITE or the relevant content provider. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
    • Copyright Violations: SITE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access if they are found to be unlawfully transmitting or receiving copyrighted materials. If an infringement is verified, SITE will take necessary actions, including termination of the infringing user’s access.

    • No Liability for Indirect Damages: SITE and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if they were informed of the potential for such damages.

    Indemnity
